Incidentally, this is the story of Dr Raj Grover, the chairman of Grovemark Methods Pvt Ltd, who met with an accident in a car crash in 2005. The fatal result of the accident smashed his hip bone totally, now replaced. Right shoulder damaged, now a handicap, and both his knees damaged, now bolted and screwed within. But he walks with a limp and a tilt on one side. In spite of all these shortcomings, Dr Grover continues to build his company.
